We build software designed to make existing systems more effective and the people using them better at their work. It works from evidence and says when there isn't enough.
/01What we believe
Our bet: judgment plus AI beats AI alone.
The systems a company runs on often took years to get right. We think AI belongs underneath them, making them more effective. Tearing them out to make room for AI is usually the wrong trade.
We also think the person matters more than the model: someone with taste, judgment and authenticity, working with AI, will always beat AI on its own. We expect that to hold as AI gets better.
So we build AI to help people and the companies they work for, and to make each person's strengths count for more. We won't build it to replace people.
